1. General Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return: Items must be in the same condition that you received them. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. Damages and Issues

We strive to ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if: The item is defective, The item is damaged, or You received the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue promptly and work to make it right.

3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns or exchanges: Upcycled pieces and items offered as unique and exclusive collections. Products purchased using promotional codes or as discounted items.

Legal Note on Personalized Items

As per Article 103(c) of the General Law for Consumer Protection (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), products made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized cannot be returned.

4. Return Requirements

To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following guidelines: Items must be returned in perfect and unused condition. All items must include their original box, zip bag, cleaning cloth, and any other included materials, as they are considered part of the product. When shipping, place the original packaging inside a solid carton box to prevent damage. Ideally, use the same outer packaging that was used for shipping your order.

Buds Paris reserves the right to reject any returns that fail to meet these conditions. If your return is rejected, we will notify you via email.

5. International Returns

For orders placed from outside of France, please note the following: Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Customs Duties and Taxes: Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred during the return process will not be refunded. Uncollected Packages: If a package is uncollected due to unpaid customs duties or failure to retrieve it, the original shipping cost is non-refundable, and customers will be responsible for any additional costs.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order for the desired item once the return is accepted.

7. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at budsparis@gmail.com.

8. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must meet the same return conditions: Unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

9. Quality Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an item classified as faulty or damaged due to a manufacturing defect: Contact us within 7 days of receipt at budsparis@gmail.com. This guarantee does not cover: Defects caused by improper use or carelessness, Aesthetic changes due to wear and tear or aging, Damage caused by normal usage.
